Message	The money holding thing is BS, I just made a paypal payment a few days ago and it went through just fine. I was wondering if we can stop a payment after it's made with Paypal, i.e. if the seller never shipps the marchandise or doesn't hold his end of the bargain. I read through all the legal mumbo-jumbo but couldn't figure out a clear yes-or-no answer... George
